How can I understand I’m buying a genuine Thallo Australia item?


Every Thallo Australia product is given with a warranty that shows the authenticity of the product. Moreover, all of our jewels have the corporate signal in the back side. All jewellery are placed in velvet green cases and the decorative items, in beige thick paperboard boxes beautifully wrapped with a Thallo ribbon. Every Thallo Australia item is accompanied with its packaging.


Does Thallo Australia offer a warranty along with the product?

Thallo Australia offers a 2 warranty for products purchased and are also accompanied with warranty cards which confirms your guarantee. The cards also contain the following information:  Date of purchase, location, SKU code.

Is it safe to order from thalloaustralia.com?

Orders can be placed from all countries and using the same ordering process


Is there GST charged online?

Yes, GST that it is valid in the specific period is included in the retail price.


What metals are used?

We use gold, silver, rhodium, palladium and copper. For the gold plating, 24 carat gold is used and for the silver plating 1000 ○ silver. All accessories are silver and rhodium plated. Thallo Australia products are nickel free.


How can I repair a Thallo Australia item?

Wedding Pieces / Crowns

Due to the unique handmade manufacturing requirements, these pieces will take approximately 4-6 weeks to be received after ordering. We will be in communication with you throughout the process.


Ring Sizing

Due to the unique manufacturing process of our pieces, rings may sometimes vary slightly in sizing.

 

Earrings

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygeinic reasons unless there is a manufacturer fault

Out of Stock Pieces

If certain items are not in stock it can take 4 - 6 weeks strictly for them to be back in stock due to the unique manufacturing process required for our pieces. Please be patient.


Care Information

The surface of every Thallo Australia piece is protected from tarnishing. This means that it doesn’t need any special cleaning. Besides that, if a product tarnishes, you can use cleaning fluids for silver items (caution: no polishing pastes because there is a risk that the item or jewellery will become matte).


How should I store my silver Thallo Australia pieces?

Silver should be kept absolutely dry. Exposure to chemical products, polluted air and perfumes must be avoided. For further protection it is preferable to keep your jewellery in different cases, those that we offer you along with the product. To clean them, you can use a soft cloth and rub the surface. Caution: no polishing pastes must be used because there is a risk that the item or jewellery will become matte.


Silver Plated Pieces

Thallo Australia use pure 1000 degrees silver for our jewellery and the decorative items and has taken steps to protect them from oxidation. Therefore, with the proper protection and care, they can keep their shine, for a long time.


Oxidation of Silver

Silver tarnishes. Tarnishing occurs when silver is exposed to polluted or salt air, and products containing sulfur, such as plastic gloves, rubbers and chemicals, like bleach. Moreover, exposure to perfumes should be avoided. A little attention is needed to the storing of jewels and the proper use of them.
For further protection it is preferable to keep your jewellery in different cases, those that we offer you along with the product. To clean them, you can use a soft cloth and rub the surface.
